The West Baton Rouge Museum and the West Baton Rouge Parish Library are joining forces to host their annual Easter Egg-stravaganza on Sunday, March 29 from 2 - 3:30 PM. This old-fashioned celebration of spring will be held on the grounds of the West Baton Rouge Museum and is FREE and open to the public.
The day will include music by the West Baton Rouge Oasis Jazz Band and Blues After School’s Juke Joint Juniors Band. There will be crafts, games, and Easter egg hunts for youths. Guests will also be able to visit and play with animals from a petting zoo, and have their face painted. There will even be an appearance from our friend, the Easter Bunny! Come on out and join the West Baton Rouge Museum and the West Baton Rouge Parish Library for an egg-stravagant afternoon, and don’t forget to bring your basket for the egg hunt. While this event is free, refreshments will be available for purchase from Ravasio’s Italian Ice and Granny’s Goodies.
