  • Each sale is made with or without an appraisal and there will be a representative of the creditor to bid on the property.
  • Bids on property with an appraisal will begin at 2/3 of appraised value. Bids on property without appraisal will start at the cost of the suit.
  • Terms of the sale are cash to the highest bidder with a maximum of 30 days for full payment. We accept cash, check, cashier's check and money orders.
